Safilo myKey is the new space for Education where you can find useful business tools and sales arguments, 24h/7.

Inside MyKey, in the Safilo Tools area, you will find the e-learning pillars “3, 2, 1... SAFILO MYKEY!“ that allow you to learn about the potential of the platform in detail.

• Safilo: because myKey does not have an academic approach, but wants to provide its users with content related to Safilo's world, and business related tools.
• My: because your experience on the platform will be personalized: unique and individual.
• Key: because we want to give our users the keys to access a range of content, ensuring the customer's ability to open different doors according to their business needs. In addition, “key” is often used to indicate useful but short-form information, such as “keywords” and “key tips”.
  

Today MyKey is avaliable in 5 languages, Safilo is working to make MyKey accessbile in other languages in upcoming months. 

At the moment there are no downloadable materials avalibale on MyKey, but in the coming months, in-depth documents will become accessible in your personal area. 

On Safilo MyKey, one can find sales tools and arguments for your store, available 24/7, with e-learning modules. E-learning modules are divided into four thematic areas:

• Brands and Collections: the essence of Safilo's Brands and the distinctive features of each collection. 
• Product and Know-How: the multi-brand experience of Safilo and its product portfolio, embracing trends, product creation and craftsmanship.
• Safilo Tools: the benefits of digital platforms developed for you, with professional tips and quick guides. 
• Boost your Business: tips and insight from the pros to increase your sell-out.
  

At the moment, yes, but there is an editorial plan with several new e-learning module releases throughout the year in all four training areas (Brands and Collections, Product and Know-How, Safilo Tools, Business Booster). MyKey offers you an interactive experience with the accumulation of points each time you complete a module. 

The lock indicates the “STATUS” you have earned (in order: Enthusiast, Explorer, Supporter, Expert, and Master). 

The number indicates the “DOOR” you are opening (i.e., the level you are unlocking). 

Click on the lock, to access the “YOUR TRAINING PATH” page, where you can find out how many points you need to move to the next “Status” and access the next “Door".

The percentages you see are an indicator of your progress within MyKey. They show you how many modules you have completed out of the total number of educational materials available within myKey. 

You can configure your contributors credentials from the myKey personal area found in the upper right corner of the homepage:

• Open -> the personal area menu at the top right of the myKey homepage
• Enter -> YOUR TEAM
• Click -> ADD USER
• Enter -> the Contributor/Collaborator/Store Associate/Store Staff/Team Member's first and last name, and SAVE the new USER
• Copy -> the invitation link and send it to your Contributor/Collaborator/Store Associate/Store Staff/Team Member. You can send it immediately from your computer, via e-mail, WhatsApp, or even, scan the QR code to share the link from your smartphone or tablet.
• From now on: your Contributor/Collaborator/Store Associate/Store Staff/Team Member will be able to log in from www.mykey.safilo.com by entering only the password they have chosen
  

Login to myKey from You&Safilo

• Starting -> on your personal page, in the upper right corner of myKey
• Click on -> YOUR TEAM; here you will find the complete list of collaborators you have created
• Click on -> EDIT, correct the data, and SAVE 
  

Login to myKey from You&Safilo

• Starting -> on your personal page, in the upper right-hand corner in myKey
• Click -> on YOUR TEAM. Here you will find the complete list of the collaborators you have created
• Click on -> RESET PASSWORD for the respective Contributor/Collaborator/Store Associate/Store Staff/Team Member.
• Share the Reset Password link with your collaborator -> by: copying or emailing the link, additionlly by scanning the QR code, or sharing the link with them on Whatsapp.
• Advise -> them to note it down for future logins 😊 
  

Login to myKey from You&Safilo:

• Starting -> on your personal page, at the top right of myKey
• Click -> on YOUR TEAM. Here you will find the complete list of collaborators you have created
• Click -> on EDIT assoiated withe the collaborator you want to disable
• Select -> DISABLE
• Save -> the changes
  

This is not currently possible, but we are working to make statistics possible in your personal area. As soon as it is available you will receive a notification.
